I have been producing content for over 20 years for clients across a spectrum of industries. In more recent years, this has lead to working in fashion, both through creating compelling campaign imagery and also through telling the provenance stories behind the clothes. Being able to visit and document the people and places - from sheep farms in Tasmania that produce the best wool in the world, to small tailoring workshops in Hokkaido, Japan, to shirt makers in southern Italy - will never get old.
I have also written, produced and directed for the screen, wearing all three hats on I ROCK for the ABC. I am also currently developing a crime comedy with great partners in Melbourne - watch this space. I have also released my debut novel - Smith Bros. A crime comedy set in a small Australian town that turns Australian Noir up to 11.
I take pride in offering more to my clients than simply being on the end of a camera. I try to treat each job like I am a part of the business and ask - if this was my story, how would I want it told?
When Iām not working, I can be found on the local Jiu Jitsu mats, or enjoying the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW with my wife and three daughters.
